Hello all. I am working on posts for the past few events.......

Duathlon Complete!

WOW. This was a doozy! So many of my friends were out there and it made it fun. To the Team of Narlie and Carmen great job! Narlie set her PR's on the run and Carmen was way faster on the bike then any of us thought! Then there was Team V which made up of Matt and Jeremy. They decided to participate at the last min and banged out a great effort. Matt's bike avg was out of this world and nailed the ride, Jeremy stayed back and paced the run out with me. I set my best avg for a 5k and was faster on the bike then i thought as well. Brandon and Anthony killed there event and turned in some great times. We are getting faster, stronger, and healthier! Well Done everyone!!!

Stong with the Sock

Here in Bahrain you must come with a strong sock game. If you don't, well you could be having a few problems. Gareth and Ab's keep us all on our best sock game!

Motivation for the Motivator

Well I have made a few posts about how folks say I help them with motivation. That is motivation for me. Circle of life I suppose. Anyways I wanted to post a message I received from an old friend I met in Afghanistan.
