Well the Missing Links are signed up for the next event a Duathlon host buy the Bahrain Road Runners. this will be a 5km run then a 20km bike and another 3 km run. For me this will be the most challenging yet. Of course the bike will be the easy part as long as the first 5km goes smooth.
