Well it has been several months since my last post. The big topic before the lack of posts was Bahrain IronMan70.3. The Missing Links was there in full force! It was a bitter sweet day int he end though. I dont have time for a full report so stay tuned for that one. Training is way off but we are still doing events and working hard!
April 7th BRR Sprint Duathlon. Showing up early and getting the perfect transition spot means a lot, if you are competitive. For me it is just good habit.
